Compliance & Fingerprinting Coordinator
Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location: Burlington Township, NJ
Compensation
- No experience required: $18–$20 per hour
- Administrative or healthcare experience: $21–$24 per hour
- Home care compliance experience: $25+ per hour
Job Summary
Zoe Home Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Compliance & Fingerprinting Coordinator to support employee onboarding, fingerprinting services, background checks, and compliance record management. Training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate fingerprinting appointments.
- Process and track background checks.
- Maintain employee personnel and compliance records.
- Verify certifications, physical examinations, TB tests, and other required documentation.
- Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation paperwork.
- Follow up on missing, incomplete, or expiring documents.
- Prepare files for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee records.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, human resources, or office administration is a plus.
